The National Social Insurance Authority suspended an employee at the Haram insurance office following the circulation of a video showing her verbally abusing a citizen and using offensive hand gestures. 

Officials stated the suspension was initiated by the office manager and reported to central administration before the video gained widespread traction on social media. The employee has been referred to the central legal affairs department in the New Administrative Capital for disciplinary measures. Gamal Awad, head of the authority, emphasized that the institution will not tolerate misconduct that violates the dignity of citizens.
