Emergency services in Portugal and Brazil have implemented community-focused training initiatives regarding first aid and life support.

In Felgueiras, Portugal, the Bombeiros Voluntários de Felgueiras and the Unidade Local de Saúde do Tâmega e Sousa launched the ‘Eleven Municipalities. One Heart’ campaign.
