# Energy and technology exhibitions at Thessaloniki Fair

The 90th Thessaloniki International Fair features various companies showcasing integrated energy and technology solutions. 

Prior to the fair's opening, Volton and Orizon announced their participation to demonstrate an ecosystem combining electricity, natural gas, and mobile telephony services, including the myON application. Their presence included promotional contests for new connections.

Following the fair's commencement on September 5, PPC S.A. (DEH) expanded its presence through the ‘PPC TechLiving Zone’ at the HELEXPO exhibition center. The exhibition organizes services into six thematic categories: Energy Solutions, Connectivity, Smart Living, iExperience, Laptops & Peripherals, and Entertainment. Through this zone, visitors can explore high-speed internet via DEH Fiber and electric mobility solutions via ‘DEH blue’, which highlights Greece’s largest public charging network. The exhibition offers specialized consultations and exclusive promotions, including VAT-free technology products and discounts on Electrical Culture products. Additionally, the booth features a ‘Quiet Corner’ designed to promote inclusion and accessibility.

Other major participants include DEPA Emporia, which is highlighting its role in the evolving energy landscape and the recent operational start of the Alexandroupolis LNG Terminal. The company noted its expansion into the international LNG market and increased presence in power generation through modern natural gas units. 

Furthermore, the Ministry of Environment and Energy is utilizing the fair to present its energy strategy. The Ministry aims to link energy policy with spatial planning, forest protection, and the circular economy, with the goal of positioning Greece as an energy hub for Southeast and Central Europe.

This 90th edition of the fair marks its centenary and features Japan as the guest of honor. The event has seen high attendance from both the public and political leadership.
