Aruba is conducting various business and financial workshops aimed at strengthening the private sector and supporting entrepreneurs.

Initial efforts included a workshop series by Aruba Bank and Deloitte, which focused on investment opportunities, tax regimes, the Free Zone, and redevelopment management. 

Following this, the Directorate of Economic Affairs, Trade and Industry (DEZHI), through its IDEA unit, launched Phase 3 of its ‘Masterclass Entrepreneurship’. This program, themed ‘Manage Your Business’, includes a session on September 29, 2026, regarding financial management and employee insurance. Minister of Finance, Economic Affairs and Primary Sector, Geoffrey Wever, noted that providing practical information is vital for building a stable foundation for businesses and ensuring sustainable growth.
