Educational and entrepreneurial programs have been introduced in various Brazilian regions. In Campo Grande, a free workshop on entrepreneurship and innovation, focusing on Design Thinking and startup fundamentals, was scheduled for mid-October for youth aged 15 and older. Simultaneously, in Pinheiro, Maranhão, applications opened for free middle and high school education programs through Fundação Bradesco.

Later in October, new capacity-building efforts were announced in Balneário Camboriú through Projeto MEGA. This initiative provides free training and consultancy sessions aimed at business structuring and regional development, including the opportunity for select participants to receive seed capital.
