During a live broadcast of the entertainment program ‘Es Show’ on Multimedios TV in Monterrey, Mexico, presenter Ernesto Chavana kicked a production drone that was hovering near him. The action caused the device to strike Colombian model Isabella Rojas, also known as ‘La Colombiana’, in the face.

Rojas sustained facial lacerations and injuries to her mouth and lips, requiring medical attention from on-site paramedics. While she briefly left the set, she later returned to the studio to address viewers, attempting to handle the situation with humor and reporting that her wounds were minor.

Chavana initially reacted by blaming production staff and making jokes about his footwear. He later issued an on-air apology, stating, “I feel very ashamed and embarrassed for what I have just done.” He has since taken full responsibility for the accident and pledged to cover any medical expenses incurred by Rojas.
