The municipal government of Escobedo has initiated several community and infrastructure service programs. On August 16, the ‘Jornada Integral en Tu Colonia’ program was launched in the San Marcos Tercer Sector neighborhood. This initiative provided direct municipal services to local families, including street cleaning, debris removal, fumigation, medical consultations, pet vaccinations, and employment assistance.

Following this, on August 18, the municipality launched a large-scale maintenance program targeting 344 basic and upper secondary education campuses. This program, which includes cleaning, weeding, and fumigation, aims to prepare facilities for approximately 100,000 students and 6,000 workers by mitigating health risks and pest presence ahead of the new academic year.
