Supported by the EU’s EL PAcCTO 2.0 program, this proposed judicial alliance aims to unite specialized judges from Latin America and EU member states to facilitate the exchange of best practices and harmonize criteria for recovering assets linked to corruption and money laundering. Following this, the Andean Community and the European Union strengthened their partnership by signing Resolution 2639 in Lima. This resolution implements the Andean Data Bank, a tool designed for the real-time online exchange of information regarding criminal records and warrants among member nations.
