In Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bjelašnica has announced price increases for its upcoming season. Adult daily passes have risen from 59 KM to 69 KM, representing an increase of approximately 17 percent. The resort is offering pre-sale discounts for online purchases and has introduced new premium packages, such as the ‘BJELAŠNICA 365’ option, which includes benefits like parking and Fast Lane access. Broadly across the region, pricing varies significantly. In the Alps, average daily adult lift passes are approximately 73 euros, with Switzerland often exceeding 80 euros. Conversely, destinations in Slovenia, Bulgaria, and Bosnia and Herzegovina remain more affordable. In Serbia, Stara Planina is noted as a cost-effective alternative to Kopaonik, offering seven-day passes between 15,750 and 16,200 dinars, with potential discounts available for pre-purchases in November. Regional preparations are also underway. In Croatia, early snow has been recorded at the Platak mountain resort near Rijeka. In Austria, the Sölden resort is preparing for an early start on its glaciers and will host the Audi FIS Alpine Ski World Cup in late October. Meanwhile, in Poland, rescue services (GOPR) in the Beskids are conducting international evacuation drills to prepare for potential cable car emergencies during the upcoming season. ## Timeline ### 2026-10-24: Ski resorts prepare for 2026/2027 winter season Ski resorts in Serbia, Croatia, Austria, and Poland are preparing for the 2026/2027 season, focusing on pricing, early snowfall, and safety training. 14 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/ski-resort-pricing-and-options-for-the-20262027-season ### 2026-10-03: Bjelašnica announces new ski pass prices and pre-sale options Bjelašnica has launched ski pass pre-sales with price increases, including a 17 percent rise for adult daily passes. 3 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/bjelanica-announces-new-ski-pass-prices-and-pre-sale-options --- Cite as: European and Balkan ski resort pricing trends.
