Various football clubs in Norway and Iceland are competing for promotion to higher divisions.

In Norway, Kongsvinger secured a 2–0 away victory against Moss at Melløs Stadion. Goals from Ludvig Langrekken and Rasmus Opdal Christiansen helped maintain Kongsvinger’s position in the promotion race. The match included early tension when midfielder Mads Sande required medical attention, and a disallowed goal for Moss due to an offside position.

In Iceland, Þór achieved a victory against Stjarnan to move closer to a spot in the Besta deild. Following a 2-1 halftime lead, coach Sigurður Heiðar Höskuldsson noted that players required motivation due to defensive lapses. Three young players, aged 17 and 18, scored the goals. Þór’s promotion status will be determined in their final match against FH.
