Various music festivals across Europe have begun announcing lineups and schedules for 2027.

In the Czech Republic, the Masters of Rock festival in Vizovice has named Judas Priest as its headliner for the event scheduled for July 8–11, 2027. This follows the band’s 2024 appearance and coincides with work on their twentieth studio album.

In Germany, several major festivals have released details for 2027. The Ruhrpott Rodeo will mark its 20th anniversary from July 2 to July 4 at the Schwarze Heide airfield, featuring performers such as The Pogues, Danger Dan, Millencolin, Hatebreed, WIZO, and Deine Cousine. The Rock Hard Festival is set to return to the Gelsenkirchen Amphitheater from May 14 to May 16, having secured new partners following prior financial difficulties; its initial lineup includes Triptykon, Metal Church, and Therion. Additionally, the PuPaPo Festival in Düsseldorf is scheduled for January 29 to January 31, 2027, at the Weltkunstzimmer, focusing on punk, art, and alternative culture.

Further updates for the German festival season include the twin events Rock am Ring and Rock im Park, scheduled for June 4–6, 2027. The second wave of artist announcements has expanded the lineup to 50 confirmed acts, including Killswitch Engage, Pendulum, Jinjer, Sleeping With Sirens, and The Devil Wears Prada, joining headliners Die Toten Hosen, blink-182, and Bring Me The Horizon. Ticket demand is high, with over 140,000 weekend tickets sold. All day tickets for Rock im Park in Nuremberg are sold out, while approximately 10,000 tickets remain for Rock am Ring at the Nürburgring.
