EY is implementing structural and educational changes to address the integration of artificial intelligence into professional services and the workforce.

Globally, the firm is establishing an ‘AI Value Realization Office’ to centralize AI spending, monitor usage, and manage the transformation of employment. To adapt to AI reshaping entry-level roles, EY is transitioning traditional eight-week internships into yearlong ‘Career Residencies’ that provide coaching and skills development.

In India, EY has expanded these efforts through a partnership with Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) to launch ‘AI VIBE’. This 12-month industry-academia program provides students with training in machine learning, generative AI, and responsible AI governance to prepare them for an AI-driven economy.
