During the spring market, several cropping and grazing properties have been listed for sale across the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia.

Initial listings included Caralue Downs, a 543-hectare property north of Darke Peak owned by the Harradine family, and a 1,022-hectare farm in Rudall featuring sandy loams suitable for cereals or legumes. 

Subsequent listings featured Kertawilla, a 680-hectare cropping-sheep property near Cummins owned by the Sheehan family since 1924, and Orana, a 926-hectare property near Wirrulla owned by the Wagner family for ten years. Both the Sheehan and Wagner properties are currently under lease.
