Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, an Accor brand, has launched its first property in Thailand with the opening of Fairmont Bangkok Sukhumvit. Developed in partnership with Asset World Corp Public Company Limited (AWC), the hotel is located in the Sukhumvit neighborhood and features 416 guestrooms and 58 suites.

Designed by the Thai architectural firm PIA, the property utilizes botanical themes inspired by the ratchaphruek, Thailand’s national flower. The hotel plans to introduce seven dining and beverage concepts through 2026, including Harper’s brasserie, AELA Social Bar, CAYA Pool Club, and the Wiggle Room supper club. Additional rooftop restaurants and various wellness facilities, such as the Fairmont Spa, are also part of the development.
