The Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group (FMTG) has officially opened the Falkensteiner Resort Lake Garda in Salò, Italy. The approximately 150 million euro mixed-use development is located on the former site of the Tavina mineral water bottling plant.

Designed by Matteo Thun & Partners, the project integrates a five-star hotel with branded residences, gastronomy, and a Mediterranean botanical park. While the first phase—comprising the hotel and initial apartments—has been operational since July, the second phase is currently underway. The full development, which will eventually include 85 hotel rooms and suites, 174 private apartments, and four villas, is expected to reach completion by summer 2027.
