The victim was positioned outside the protective barriers in the Las Cuevas area when she was charged by a bull. Witnesses and eyewitness videos show her attempting to run in the opposite direction to find safety, but the animal pursued and struck her multiple times, causing her to hit against a wall. Despite the rapid deployment of emergency services and a medicalized helicopter, she succumbed to her injuries while being transported to a helipad.
