In Bátorove Kosihy, located in the Komárno district, a 34-year-old man allegedly stabbed a 58-year-old man following a verbal altercation. The victim died at the scene. Authorities detained the suspect, noting a blood alcohol content of 1.98 per mille, and have opened a criminal investigation for “particularly serious murder.”

In a separate incident in Slovenský Grob, emergency responders discovered the body of a woman inside a house on Okružná Street following a fire. Pezinok police are investigating the cause of the blaze and the circumstances of the death.
