FC Barcelona maintained a perfect start to the La Liga season with a 3-0 victory over Getafe at Spotify Camp Nou. Goals from Anthony Gordon in the 2nd minute, Gabriel Jesus in the 30th, and Jules Koundé in the 73rd secured the win, extending the team’s winning streak to eight matches.

Following the match, the goalkeeper hierarchy remains as anticipated. Manager Hansi Flick had previously indicated that Joan García’s recovery from a knee injury would likely see him return to the starting lineup, potentially moving Dominik Livaković to the bench.

In addition to the goalkeeper updates, Flick addressed squad availability, noting that Raphinha would miss both the Getafe fixture and the upcoming Champions League match against Galatasaray for injury management. The manager also expressed satisfaction with the team’s performance and the integration of La Masia youth players, specifically highlighting the mentality of Gerard Martin.
