The 2026 Fenasan event, organized by the Association of Sabesp Engineers (AESabesp), is set to feature several new initiatives focused on professional development and international cooperation within the environmental sanitation sector.

One major development is the launch of the Committee for Women, Environment, and Sanitation. Operating under the concept ‘Elos Entre Elas’, this committee aims to foster female leadership and create a support network for women across public and private sectors, universities, and regulatory bodies.

Additionally, the event will host the third edition of the Universities Meeting. This forum will emphasize international career opportunities through a panel featuring specialists from France, Senegal, Angola, and Kenya. The initiative seeks to connect Brazilian students and professionals with global expertise to enhance sectoral development.
