Ferrero and Save the Children are implementing the ‘Kinder Joy of moving’ project across Italy to combat educational poverty and support child development through physical and cognitive activities.

In L'Aquila, the partnership inaugurated ‘Fungus’, a motor skill game at the Punto Luce center. Developed with the University of Naples Federico II, the equipment is designed for children aged 5 to 12 to promote physical activity and skill development.

In Naples, the initiative expanded to include a day of culture and sport for children from the Napoli Chiaiano Punto Luce center. This event featured visits to the Città della Scienza museum and a tennis session at the Napoli Tennis Center. The project utilizes a scientifically validated method, developed in collaboration with various Italian academic and sporting institutions, to support the motor, emotional, and relational development of children in vulnerable social contexts.
