Short films produced by students from the Far Eastern University (FEU) Department of Communication have received multiple selections for various film festivals and conventions in the Philippines.

In mid-September 2026, the films ‘Kahel’ and ‘Lily’ were named official selections for the FAMAS Short Film Festival 2026. ‘Kahel’ is a musical about a corporate worker pursuing music, while ‘Lily’ is a character study exploring the realities of sex work.
