Various film festivals have been held across different regions of Chile. In San Felipe, the second edition of the Miradas Mayores Film Festival concluded at the Liceo Dr. Roberto Humeres. Held during the Month of Older Persons, the event utilized cinema to highlight the perspectives and needs of senior citizens through a program of Chilean and Ibero-American short films.

In the Aysén region, the first edition of EFÍMERA, an itinerant film festival titled ‘Festival de Cine Itinerante al Sur del Mundo’, took place in Coyhaique. The festival included outdoor screenings, filmmaker discussions, and educational workshops intended to foster community engagement through cinema.
