In one instance, student Lovely Sabana Augustine received a special fee waiver from Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) following intervention by MARA Chairman Datuk Dr. Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki. MARA’s Education Foundation also provided RM1,000 in preparatory funds to support her studies. Similarly, Nurul Atiqah Husna Azli, who achieved a 4.0 CGPA, secured full sponsorship for her studies at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). This arrangement was confirmed by the MARA Chairman after public attention was drawn to her financial constraints.
