Following heavy rainfall and flooding in Vietnam, provinces have initiated various recovery and sanitation efforts to mitigate damage to infrastructure and agriculture.

In Lạng Sơn, Typhoon Narra caused significant landslides and flooding, resulting in two deaths and extensive damage to crops, livestock, and transport networks. Local authorities and military forces have been deployed to clear debris, provide temporary shelter, and restore essential services such as electricity and water.

In Thanh Hoa, authorities have launched a large-scale mobilization focused on environmental sanitation and clearing drainage systems. Following the loss of significant rice and crop acreage, officials are conducting disinfection to prevent disease and assisting farmers in harvesting remaining crops to minimize further losses.
