Heavy rainfall in Mexico has triggered various flooding incidents and rescue operations. In Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, municipal police rescued a woman and her 11-month-old baby after their vehicle became stranded in one meter of water.

In Puerto Vallarta, a separate incident involved a woman and her five-year-old daughter whose vehicle was swept away by strong currents. The car was displaced approximately one and a half blocks toward a storm drain near the Pitillal River. Local residents assisted in the rescue by breaking the vehicle’s rear window to extract the occupants, who were reported to be physically uninjured.
