Authorities in Florida arrested Keysha Monique Epps, 51, and Tamra Marshon Stewart, 37, for the alleged long-term abuse and confinement of four children inside a semi-truck sleeper cab. 

Investigators report the children, two boys and two girls, were kept captive for approximately six years. Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier characterized the vehicle as a “rolling dungeon,” noting the children were locked in the cab while the women drove routes between various locations, including Atlanta, Miami, and Orlando. 

The victims were reportedly denied food, hygiene, medical care, and schooling. Allegations include sexual abuse of the girls and physical beatings of the boys. Additionally, two children were found with untreated burns that caused serious scarring. The suspects face multiple charges, including sexual battery, molestation, and neglect.
