Designed to function as both a retail destination and a neighborhood hub, the facility draws inspiration from traditional recreation centers. The project incorporates the legacy of the late rapper and entrepreneur Nipsey Hussle and his brother Samiel Asghedom. 

Amenities and programming at the site include a music academy, educational workshops, run clubs, a barbershop, an open gym, and creative workspaces. The initiative also aims to support local economic growth by hosting local entrepreneurs through pop-up opportunities and providing employment via the Crenshaw Striper Program.
