Former WWE performers Maria Kanellis and Eva Marie have both expressed interest in returning to professional wrestling.

Kanellis addressed misconceptions regarding the WWE Divas era, stating that female performers actively advocated for better opportunities and more meaningful storylines despite the era’s reputation. She noted that performers often pushed back against certain segments and described some match conditions as dangerous. While not seeking a full-time schedule, she has not ruled out participating in one-off events.

Similarly, Eva Marie stated she would consider returning to the ring, noting that WWE holds a “special place in her heart.” In separate personal news, Marie discussed her divorce from Jonathan Coyle, describing their marriage as having evolved into a “transactional business relationship.”
