In preparation for the 20th anniversary of the National Forum of Associations and Foundations (FNAF) in Paris, the EBRA Group released a special 16-page edition on October 10. This publication examined the role of French associations and foundations, specifically addressing their need to provide increasing services amidst shrinking state and local government budgets.

Following the forum's commencement on October 15, discussions centered on the social and solidarity economy. Participants engaged in workshops regarding fundraising, professional training, and the use of digital platforms to manage costs. A primary concern identified during the event was the shortage of administrators within the non-profit sector, leading organizations to implement new training programs to address leadership succession and prepare future leaders.
