During the Fruit Attraction 2026 event, several companies introduced new technologies and products aimed at the fruit and vegetable industry.

Bollo launched a line of IV-range fresh fruit, including melon, pineapple, and watermelon, specifically designed for vending machines in high-traffic locations. 

In the sector of automation and artificial intelligence, Sorma Group debuted the EVA-700, a machine designed to automate the removal of unsuitable fruit, and Ultra-Scan, a vision system for detecting internal defects. Unitec also presented ‘augmented intelligence’ solutions, such as the Uni Smart Packer for repetitive tasks and the Uni Sample AI, which uses optical vision to analyze blueberries in crates to assist packing houses facing labor shortages.
