Futuroscope Xperiences has announced an €80 million expansion project to coincide with its 40th anniversary in 2027. A primary component of this investment is the construction of a new 245-room, 4-star themed hotel, which is expected to open in late 2027. The facility will include a 400-seat restaurant, a spa, and seminar spaces, with the goal of doubling the resort’s business tourism share from 5% to 10%.

To mark the anniversary, the park will launch ‘Nuits Magiques’ (Magic Nights) starting December 5, 2026. This nightly light parade, featuring five floats and 23 artists, is scheduled to run through March 27, 2027. 

While the park reported a turnover of 160 million euros, it noted a slight decline in attendance during 2026 attributed to heatwaves and reduced consumer purchasing power. Following the hotel opening, the park also plans to introduce a new major attraction in 2028.
