The operation resulted in the arrest of 10 individuals participating in a card game known as ‘ngau ham’. Authorities seized cash and playing cards, and the suspects have admitted to their involvement.

In Hanoi, police are investigating an online gambling case involving an individual identified as N. V. V. The suspect was apprehended on October 6 for using the Oxbet application to conduct 571 betting transactions totaling over 80.9 million VND. The activities included various games such as ‘bau cua’, ‘slot games’, ‘fish shooting’, and ‘xoc dia’. The individual is currently being held for further investigation regarding violations of the Penal Code.
