The 15th annual Gangnam Festival in Seoul was scheduled to take place from October 3 to 5, with its primary venue shifting from Yeongdong-daero to Dosan-daero. The event was planned to feature a large-scale grand parade involving residents from 22 neighborhoods, covering a 1km stretch from Cheongdam Intersection to Dosan Park Intersection.

As the festival commenced, Dosan-daero was transformed into a cultural stage for the parade, which showcased themes such as traditional heritage and modern innovation through robot performances and fashion displays. Musical programming included a family concert featuring Nam Jin and Lim Chang-jung, K-pop performances by groups including ZEROBASEONE and P1Harmony, and a headline performance by PSY. The festivities also encompassed various local activities, including a marathon, traditional Korean music, and temple music concerts.
