The Gardelöf family is reopening their retail businesses in Hultsfred following a fatal fire at the Zaagshuset in August 2024, which destroyed the historic building. 

As part of a major reinvestment, the family is launching a 720-square-meter space in H-City. This expansion will include the original Zaags clothing store, a new interior design shop named ‘Zaags Home by Jenny’, and a café operated by Jenny Nilsson. Family members stated that the new modern facilities aim to serve local residents and outside customers to help prevent the decline of the town center.
