Genesis Magma Racing has achieved notable milestones in the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) and expanded its brand presence through public engagement.

In September 2026, the team secured its best result to date at the Lone Star Le Mans in Austin, Texas. The #17 GMR-001 Hypercar finished 7th, marking the team’s second points finish of the season. Both Genesis entries completed the six-hour race on the lead lap without mechanical issues.

Following the Texas race, the company announced the ‘Genesis Magma Racing Live Festival’ to be held in South Korea from September 24 to 27. The event, held at Starfield Hanam, coincides with the WEC 6 Hours of Fuji. The festival will feature the exhibition of the GMR-001 hypercar #19 and the ‘Magma GT3 Concept’ to highlight the brand’s high-performance motorsport expansion. The event will also include a live broadcast of the Fuji race.
