In late October, reports emerged that George Iceman, the Personal Concierge for The Elegance Brand, was nearing an exit from TNA Wrestling as his contract was set to expire. Observers noted his absence from a October 22 episode of TNA iMPACT, which was considered unusual for his role.

By early November, Iceman officially left the promotion following the expiration of his contract. Reports indicate that both parties failed to reach a new agreement. Following his departure, Iceman reportedly removed references to TNA from his social media profiles and is currently a free agent, with interest suggested from other wrestling organizations.
