In Dorsten, the ‘VHS macht gesünder!’ initiative includes ‘Heart Weeks’ to recognize atrial fibrillation in cooperation with the Deutsche Herzstiftung and St. Elisabeth-Krankenhaus Dorsten. This curriculum also addresses digital health literacy, including navigating electronic patient records (ePA) and e-prescriptions, alongside yoga, Pilates, and guidance on applying for care levels.
