Recent industry analyses and surveys have evaluated the performance of insurance providers in Germany and Austria. An analysis published in the Zeitschrift für Versicherungswesen (ZfV) by Professor Dr. Hermann Weinmann ranked German life insurers based on business metrics and consumer interests. In a separate large-scale survey conducted by Servicevalue and the F.A.Z. Institute, which analyzed nearly 98,000 customer judgments, several companies were identified as ‘Best Insurers 2026’.
