A third relative, M. B., was seriously injured in the attack and required intensive care at the University Clinical Center of Kosovo, while a fourth individual, R. B., narrowly escaped the attack. Prosecutors detailed that the suspect initially targeted his wife while she was a passenger in a vehicle, then used his vehicle to intercept a group of family members. Upon exiting the car, the suspect reportedly threatened the group, stating, ‘I have lost my life because I killed my wife, and I will kill you too,’ before opening fire. Following the incident, Ramushi reportedly drove the vehicle containing his wife’s body to the emergency entrance of the Regional Hospital in Gjilan before surrendering to the police.
