Additionally, the Pyracena short film festival is launching its inaugural edition in Itabuna to support students and recent graduates.

In the Canary Islands, the sixth edition of the Canary Islands International Independent and Auteur Film Festival (FICINDIE) is taking place throughout October, utilizing a ‘slow cinema’ approach across Tenerife, Gran Canaria, and La Palma.
