Various urban park and landscape transformation projects are progressing across multiple regions. 

In Maspalomas, the Oasis Palmeral project is renovating approximately 90,000 square meters with a budget of roughly 6.06 million euros. The work includes a new lagoon and walking paths, with completion expected by March 2027. In Esposende, a new City Park near the Cávado River featuring wooden walkways and natural play spaces is being inaugurated.

In Córdoba, the Gerencia Municipal de Urbanismo has allocated approximately 258,000 euros for complementary works at Parque del Canal, focusing on shade, irrigation, and tree planting. Meanwhile, in Valparaíso, the Parque Barón project has reached an 85% physical progress rate. This initiative aims to recover a deteriorated area through significant investment, with the Ministry of Housing and Urbanism implementing a security system of 103 surveillance cameras to monitor the new recreational spaces.
