During the Goiás election campaigns, political candidates have centered their platforms on healthcare reform and public services. 

Gubernatorial candidate Luis Cesar Bueno (PT) proposed transitioning public health management from Social Organizations (OSs) back to direct State administration to reduce costs and professionalize the workforce. His platform also included a plan for zero-fare public transport in the Goiânia Metropolitan Region, funded by a new State Fund for Transport and Urban Mobility.

Expanding his platform to legal and labor issues, Luis César Bueno met with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB-GO) to propose an institutional partnership to address professional prerogatives and the payment of Small Value Requisitions (RPV). He advocated for increasing the budget for court-ordered debts (precatórios) from 1.5% to 3% and proposed a payment schedule aiming for a maximum delay of one year. Additionally, Bueno expressed support for transitioning from a 6x1 work schedule to a 5x2 schedule to ensure two days of weekly rest, aligning his stance with discussions by President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva regarding worker well-being.
