The soundtrack for the Gothic Remake was released on major streaming services in July 2026.

Following the game's release and the sale of over 500,000 copies, Alkimia Interactive and THQ Nordic announced several content updates. These planned features include a Photo Mode, an official mod kit, and the return of "Marvin Mode," a developer-style cheat mode. 

Technical improvements are also underway, including bug fixes through patch 1.0.1 to address combat balancing and quest progression. Additionally, THQ Nordic confirmed that classic versions of the second and third Gothic games are expected on consoles throughout 2026, and a crowdfunding campaign for a Gothic board game is scheduled for late September 2026.
