The Greek Public Debt Management Agency (PDMA) has announced two separate auctions for treasury bills in August and September 2026.

On August 19, 2026, the government scheduled an auction for 400 million euros in 26-week treasury bills, maturing in February 2027. This auction allows for competitive bids from Primary Dealers and non-competitive bids from the public, with the latter capped at 25% of the total amount.

Following this, on September 2, 2026, the Hellenic Republic planned to auction 400 million euros in 52-week treasury bills maturing in September 2027. Similar to the previous auction, non-competitive bids are capped at 25% of the total. Both processes include provisions for individual natural persons to participate via public subscription through banks or brokerage firms, subject to a maximum nominal value of 15,000 euros per person.
