Various Greek media personalities have appeared on the ERT program ‘Studio 4’ to discuss their professional lives.

Television producer Frosso Ralli reflected on her career, including her decision to leave television for 12 years to manage family financial responsibilities following her father's passing. She discussed her transition to ANT1, describing the experience as both ‘heaven and hell’ due to the industry's harsh realities. During her appearance, she also spoke about actor Christoforos Papakaliatis, noting she recognized his talent at age 14 and stating, ‘I have told him ‘You will win an Oscar one day.’ I am sure of it.’

Actor Christos Loulis also appeared on the program, where he discussed his competitive nature and professional ambitions. He noted that he has intentionally prioritized challenging theater roles over easier television opportunities to ensure high-quality work, using his ambition as a mental tool to endure professional training.

Journalist Panagiotis Stathis has appeared on the show to discuss his career transitions. Reflecting on his time at Star Channel, Stathis stated that he felt he had reached a ‘professional ceiling’ after progressing from a reporter and war correspondent to a weekend news anchor. He described the exhaustion of his eight-year tenure in morning television, noting it required sleeping only three to four hours a night.

Regarding his move to ERT to host ‘Kalimera Ellada’, Stathis noted that despite a difficult year, he received several professional offers. He clarified that his departure from ANT1 was a mutual decision after a project failed to meet expectations. He also addressed leaving OPEN despite having a signed contract, stating he chose to pursue a new challenge and attempted to explain his decision to avoid leaving the station in a difficult position. He remarked, ‘I have learned that everything has a price. I paid that price in every way.’
