While the company noted the “distress and loss of trust” experienced by users, the settlement does not constitute an admission of liability or a finding of wrongdoing. The company has since undergone management changes and ownership transitions, including a sale to San Vicente Acquisition in 2020.

The settlement will be paid in two £13 million installments, with the first due by December 31, 2026, and the second by March 31, 2027. If distributed equally, claimants could receive an average of approximately £2,167, though final amounts may vary based on legal and insurance costs.
