The GuitArt Festival in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a four-day event running from October 1 to October 4. The program features four stages and integrates guitar music with theater, dance, and visual arts.

Scheduled performances include a classical concert by Tu Le and Samuel Solomon, a multimedia spectacle titled ‘She Remembers’ (Tya pomni), which features actress Maria Kavardzhikova and the group Del Padre, and a performance by Vlatko Stefanovski. The festival also hosts an international competition where the winner receives a luthier-made guitar valued at 5,000 euros.

These festivities are part of a broader cultural season in Plovdiv. Following the festival, the City Art Gallery will host artist Vasil Stoev’s solo exhibition, ‘Between Light and Shadow’, from October 6 to 25. Other local highlights include a concert by Kamelia Todorova celebrating 50 years on stage and a retrospective in memory of Nedko Itinov.
