Qatar and Oman have initiated electronic registration processes for the 1448 AH Hajj season.

In Qatar, the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs opened a portal for citizens aged 18 and older, who may include up to three companions. For residents and GCC citizens, eligibility requires being at least 45 years old with a minimum of 15 years of residency in Qatar, a health fitness certificate, and a 10,000 Qatari Riyal down payment. Registration remains open until October 20.

Oman’s Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs opened its electronic system for citizens and residents from September 28 to October 11. To maintain transparency, the ministry prohibited Hajj companies from intervening in the registration process. Applicants must select a company through the official system to form a binding contract, with notifications for eligible participants expected between October and November.
