The Fukuoka-based restaurant Hakata Junjo Ramen Shin-Shin is collaborating with Oyatsu Company to release a limited-edition snack titled ‘Baby Star Ramen Maru (Hakata Junjo Ramen Shin-Shin Supervision Tonkotsu Ramen Flavor)’. 

Scheduled for release on October 19, 2026, the snack is supervised by the restaurant to replicate its signature tonkotsu soup flavor. The product is designed to offer a texture described as ‘crunchy, crispy, and crumbly’ and will be available at convenience stores nationwide for a limited time.
