Various communities across the United States are organizing seasonal celebrations and historical events for the Halloween period.

In the Indianapolis region, festivities include the 80th Historic Irvington Halloween Festival, which features ghost tours, live theater, and a street fair. Other local activities include the Safe Night Halloween event at the Indiana State Fairgrounds and the Halloween at Forest Park event in Noblesville, which offers trick-or-treating and hay rides.
